Standard Service
For standard service, our technicians will take a look at your machine within 1-2 days. Standard service usually has a 2-7 day turnaround depending on the repair.

Emergency Service
Our emergency service is the same as our standard service except at a higher charge. Choosing emergency service over standard service gives you priority and we guarantee your computer(s) will be looked at within an hour of being delivered to our service department at or before 14:00 (2:00 PM).

Terra Consultants offers warranty and non-warranty related services, so whether your PC or Mac is out of warranty or still covered by warranty, we'll be able to fix and repair it if it's not behaving and performing the way it should be. Standard and Emergency On-Site Services
Our on-site services are available anywhere within Atlantic Canada (the Maritime provinces) with pre-arranged appointments. We also provide emergency on-site services at a higher hourly charge. This guarantees a 2 hour maximum response time.
